PTSD from being an army of one

By day, I manage a fantastic team of seven web professionals. In turn, we're responsible for content for 30+ WordPress installs and hundreds of subsites/subdomains.

We've been working for many years to narrow down the siloed subdomains and I'm proud of our progress. We are starting the process of shuttering a site and this means moving a lot of content elsewhere. I've been refreshing myself on our process for this and realizing it still triggers my PTSD from previously being an army of one.

What this means is that I spend time on the front end to simplify the process so that if I were the only one doing the work, I could get it done. It's something I think about every time someone presents a great idea or every time we implement a new process.
